Squash Nova Scotia is inviting any member players to express interest in participating in the 2024 Canadian Maters Teams Championships. Tournaments details as follows:

Welcome to the Nova Scotia Junior Open! The tournament will take place November 24-25 at SMUfit.
All players are guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches however we will strive for 3 where possible. Depending on numbers, divisions may be combined.
Players need to be available to play from 5pm Friday to 5pm Saturday, we cannot predict match outcomes and therefore cannot accommodate scheduling requests.
Lunch will be provided.

902SquashEd is pleased to once again host the King’s County Squash Tournament for Education. Proceeds from the tournament will go towards TWO students in the 902SquashEd program that plan to attend post secondary education next year.
​​​​​​​The tournament starts on Friday Nov 17 at 4pm for local players, and 6pm for out of town players. Tournament Division finals play out Sunday afternoon Nov. 19
The tournament provides a Tournament Souvenir, snacks all weekend, Jamaican Theme lunch on Saturday, and a Saturday evening Social at Paddy’s pub in Wolfville.

Dalhousie University Squash Club is pleased to once again host the Dalhousie 2024 Open Squash Tournament
The tournament starts on Thursday January 11 at 5pm for local players, and Friday January 12 at 5pm for out of town players and runs all weekend. Tournament Division finals play out Sunday afternoon January 14.
The tournament provides a souvenir, Pizza on Thursday & Friday, lunch on Saturday, and a Saturday evening Social (details to follow).
Minimum draw size 4. Full draws will be formed based on Clublocker player rankings.  Junior divisions may be combined to meet minimum draw sizes. 2 match guarantee, although registration permitting, the organizers will try to ensure that players get minimum three matches each.
Juniors are encouraged to register for their age Division, and a second Division.
Women may register for Women’s Division, All Mixed Division, or both.

The International Olympic Committee has officially announced that Squash, for the first time ever, will be an Olympic sport at the LA2028 Games! Squash Nova Scotia is ecstatic about the inclusion of Squash in the Olympics. We look forward to continuing to develop local talent and participation in the sport moving forward.
World Squash Day is coming up on Saturday, October 14th!
This year, Squash Nova Scotia is partnering with Decathlon Dartmouth to host World Squash Day at Mic Mac Mall. We will have an inflatable squash court at Decathlon between 2-6pm for anyone to come by and try squash. Invite a friend, test your skills topping the rally leaderboard, and win your way to some prizes courtesy of Squash Canada, Dunlop, and Decathlon Dartmouth.

Exciting News!
Squash Nova Scotia will be represented at the Fall 2023 Milk Sport Fair presented by Sport Nova Scotia! The Milk Sport Fair is an exciting opportunity for 3500+ students in grades 3-8 to try out a variety of sports. The Fair will run October 11-13 at the BMO Soccer Center in Halifax. Squash will be represented at the fair, giving a chance for young students to be introduced to the exciting sport of squash!
We are accepting volunteers! If you are interested in getting involved at the Fair, please email Adam at amorris@sportnovascotia.ca.
