Josh is currently Nova Scotia’s Provincial Squash Team Head Coach, 2027 Squash Canada Games Team Head Coach and Head Coach of Halifax Squash Academy.

Josh is the recipient of the 2023 Certificate of Achievement Award from Squash Canada. Josh was coach at Battle of the Borders in 2025 as Coach of the Girls U15 team and in 2024 as Coach of the Boys U13 team.

He attended the 1999 Canada Games as a squash athlete and the 2023 Canada Games as Head Squash Coach. He has been part of the squash community in Nova Scotia for over 30 years first as a successful competitive junior and now as a coach.
