Call for volunteers 2020 Dalhousie Open 16-19 Jan

Hi everyone,
The 2020 Dalhousie open is fast approaching (Jan 16-19 2020), and we are looking for volunteers to help with desk duties. The main role of the desk volunteers is to get the score sheets prepped for upcoming matches,  keep the games moving along in a timely fashion, and entering the scores once the games are done and to have fun! There will always be someone around for support, so don’t worry if you’ve never done it before. It’s a great time to get some experience! Also, if you volunteer then you don’t have to pay the tournament fees.
Shifts are usually 3-4 hours long, but time passes by quickly. You get to meet all the players and referees and get enjoy the free food 😉
Let me mention this again: As an added incentive, Volunteers will get free tournament entrance fees!
If you are interested, please email:
Elvira Mitraka – elvira.mitraka@gmail.com
Hope to see you down at the courts!
Cheers,
Elvira
